AntVision Audit is a review of the company’s inventory management, indicating potential for becoming more efficient, reducing costs and increasing profitability within the entire supply chain. The analysis includes documentation of current flows, service and stock levels as well as an assessment of the potential available for improving the management process.

AntVision Audit can be implemented for a single warehouse or for all warehouses and production units in an entire group. The analysis is based on data from the company’s business systems and thanks to all underlying information being saved in a database, it is possible to explain all the reasoning behind our conclusions. It is possible, for example, to see which suppliers are not keeping to their delivery times and which item groups are showing the greatest shortages. All information is on our analysis server, so that you yourself have access to the data.
One of the most important advantages of AntVision Audit is that it is repeatable. Once an analysis has been done once it is very simple to retrieve data again, automatically update the database and follow up on what has happened since the previous analysis.
