There are a huge number of stock management models and it is often difficult to determine which one best fits a given situation. As everything changes so rapidly these days, management models must also be dynamic in order to function correctly. We specialise in stock management, and during our many years as consultants with various companies we have developed methods for effectively determining stock management parameters. We have since developed functions for dynamic parameter design in business systems which mean that items are managed by an automatic function despite changes in their character at different points in the product lifecycle. The management functions can either be integrated into the business system or used as stand-alone modules.
