One of the cornerstones of our quality-oriented approach is to provide our customers with first-rate after-sales support. We will quite simply help you in as quick and professional a manner as possible should you encounter any problems with our software.
We’re well renowned for this. You’ll get through quickly on the phone, be well met and receive professional assistance. We don’t give up until your problem is solved!
What does it cost?
When you buy a licence from us, we always include a 3-month support agreement. This means free access to our support team and all updates released during that period. All included in the price. Call as soon as you need help and as often as you like! After the initial three months, you can renew your maintenance agreement on an annual basis at a reasonable cost.
Of course, we can help out even if you don’t have a maintenance agreement. We debit for the time you use our support service and for each individual update you decide to buy. Note that a maintenance agreement normally provides a better deal than buying updates and support as needed.
If you decide to try our software before you buy, we’ll help you for free during the trial period. Call our support team as often as you like and ask all the questions you need!
